“They’ve taken the time to understand what we’ve built, listen to our feedback, and work with us to operationalize our existing QA logic and setup”
“Being able to query and enrich our own ticket data directly from Claude, without exporting anything first, has turned QA and analytics from a sampled, manual process into something we can run on our entire ticket population.”
What it does
MaestroQA is now Rippit, from the same company1,2. Rippit says its QA agents can score every support conversation instead of a sample, and that rubrics, scores and calibration history carry over from MaestroQA2. MaestroQA's AutoQA scores tickets against a company's own criteria, built with LLM prompts, phrase matching and process rules3. Rippit also offers agents for churn risk, chatbot monitoring, product feedback and coaching5.

Controls
Safety and review features, as Rippit documents them.
- Criteria are configured with LLM prompts, phrase matching and process-based logic3
- Users write a prompt or start from a template, test it on real tickets, and grade the AI's results side by side before launch4
- Users can choose to let the platform refine prompts automatically from their feedback4
- Calibration workflows align human and AI grading3
- The reasoning behind each AI-scored metric is shown4
Setup
Rippit says the first agent can be built free, without a credit card or an engineer, and that MaestroQA rubrics and integrations carry over without migration2. It does not state a setup time.
What Rippit claims

Billing
UsageFree plan with 100 agent runs a month; Starter $185 a month for 300 runs; Growth $495 a month for 1,000 runs; Enterprise by quote6. AI credits are charged at cost with no markup6. MaestroQA's own pricing page asks buyers to request a quote7.
What counts: Rippit says "An Agent Run is one execution of that workflow"6.
Ask for a worked example at your volume; credit prices change more often than plan prices.
